In more southern Finland, especially around Helsinki, there has been a real problem with snow. There's too much of it and the city doesn't have enough resources to haul it all away. People parking their cars on narrow streets doesn't help the situation.
Luckily I haven't noticed the snow to be a problem here - but then again I don't own a car. Quite a few car owners need to dig their car out of the snow.
It was snowing again when I took this picture. It's from a parking lot near our home. The flash illuminated the snowflakes nicely.
The walk was a short one, maybe 10 minutes. Snowing and wind together made staying outside unpleasant. (There's always an excuse...)
