Rabbit footprints

After several weeks of skipping kung-fu lessons I finally went there to see the beginning of a new beginner's course. It felt really good to move a little bit, although the snow made cycling there and back a bit difficult at places. I snapped the picture right outside the training hall.

Rabbit footprints on a blanket of snow

In town rabbits seem to be just about the only animal whose footprints you see. Even dogs seem to usually use the same paths that humans do and I haven't seen any bird footprints for a long time. I guess that rabbits are among the few who can walk on this type of powder snow.

P.S. Tuomo there corrects me that the right word for this animal is hare. We don't have wild rabbits here (yet).
